PGA Sultan Course, Antalya, Turkey
Confirming its pedigree, Antalya Golf Club’s PGA Sultan course has just been selected as co-host to one of the world’s most important amateur golf events, the Eisenhower Trophy to be held here in 2012 setting the Sultan alongside other such prestigious venues as St Andrews Old Course, Royal Melbourne, Pinehurst and Royal Adelaide.
We first visited the course in 2008 while it was hosting Europe’s largest pro-am event, the PGA National Pro-Am Championship (also held here in 2009) and the overwhelmingly positive response from PGA professionals and their amateur playing partners confirmed our impressions; this is a high-class act from start to finish.
